Franco is the Managing Partner at Foxmont Capital Partners, a Philippine-focused early stage venture capital fund by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Prior to Foxmont, Franco was the Founding General Manager of Grab Philippines.

He is an Experienced Operator with a demonstrated history of working in early stage high growth startups in Asia. He is skilled in Business Planning, Operations Management, Sales and Strategy. He excels in Business Development and strategizing for key partnerships.

He holds a BA in International Relations and English from Syracuse University.
